About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Growth Product Manager to own conversion to purchase across our full acquisition funnel.
You’ll own the path from the first ad impression to the first payment. That covers traffic intent, quiz onboarding, the web paywall, offers and upsells, and the hand-off into the app. You’re also accountable for the quality of that revenue: refunds and first renewals.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You set direction and run the team’s experimentation engine, and you still go deep into the data and the funnels yourself.
Key responsibilities
Own the core metrics: conversion to purchase and incremental revenue, along with the quality of that revenue (refunds, first renewals).
Allocate the team’s capacity, including design time shared with adjacent product areas, against the biggest revenue levers.
Test across the whole funnel: intent-based flows and segments, warm-up and quiz logic, paywalls, pricing, trials, offers and upsells. Do it at high velocity.
Work with performance marketing on creative strategy and messaging, so the promise a user sees in the ad carries through into onboarding and the offer.
Understand how each acquisition channel (paid, organic, referral) shapes user behaviour, and design flows around user intent, source and behavioural profile.
Build behavioural funnels, attribution views and dashboards, find where users drop off, and fix it.
Listen to users: what they say, feel and struggle with. Turn those insights into journeys that convert.
Use UX and sales psychology where it fits (personalization, social proof, urgency, storytelling) to raise the perceived value of the outcome and reduce friction at the decision point.
Work with analytics, engineering and product teams to ship end to end, and prioritise by revenue impact.
Experience and qualifications
6+ years in growth or product roles at consumer subscription businesses, including 2+ years managing people (PMs, designers or analysts).
End-to-end ownership of a web-to-app or web subscription funnel with real paid traffic (≥ $[X] a month in spend), and numbers you moved.
Working knowledge of paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Google and others): how a creative or channel change shows up in your funnel.
Deep hands-on experience with A/B testing, including warm-up strategies, and the judgement to know which results to trust.
Strong analytical skills. You dig into behavioural and payment data yourself and can build and work with growth models.
Experience aligning marketing, product and engineering around shared goals.
About you
Results-driven, comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and you iterate quickly based on data and feedback.
You care about user experience and revenue equally, and you don’t treat them as a trade-off.
You have a good instinct for where growth is hiding, and you combine data with creative problem-solving to get it.
You communicate clearly and can bring teams at every level along with you.
You keep up with what’s happening in the subscription industry.
