Simple is looking for a Vendor Operations Specialist to own vendor relationships, subscriptions, compliance, and operational automation. This is a hands-on role - you will be juggling multiple things at once, pushing back when needed, and making sure nothing slips. Experience matters less than mindset: thorough, persistent, and confident.

Key Responsibilities:
Vendor / Assets Management
Own the full vendor lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, contracting, renewals
Coordinate the procurement, lifecycle management, and vendor relationships for company hardware and IT equipment
Coordinate with Legal on MSAs, NDAs, and service agreements
Subscriptions & SaaS
Track all software subscriptions; spot waste and duplicates
Own renewal calendars and ensure nothing auto-renews without approval
KYC, Compliance & Automation
Run KYC/KYB for new vendors, keep documentation current
Be the main point of contact for third parties on operational matters
Identify manual workflows and build automations and trackers that scale
Support ad-hoc ops requests, reporting, and compliance packages
What we’re looking for:
Naturally detail-oriented - you notice what others miss and do not let things drop
Can manage many work streams at once without losing track
Comfortable pushing back on vendors, timelines, and incomplete answers
Clear communicator in English
2–4 years in operations, finance, procurement, or similar
Experience in AI-driven workflows, process optimization, and operational automations
